Who We Are
We are the family and friends of Late Marsha Mehran. We have designed and developed this website to commemorate Marsha’s life and achievement. This website has been created so that Marsha’s friend, and family could share their memories and experiences with her and discuss issues and concerns that affected her which resulted in his decision to end his life at the best time of his life. Abbas Mehran, Marsha’s father, is the administrator of this site and managed the role of editors, authors and contributors to this site.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
In this website we ask visitors to subscribe to our posts, which requires the subscribers to input their personal data such as names, and emails. This information is used to keep the subscribers informed of any new post, and pages or added media that might be interest to them. We also allowed visitors leave comments on post and pages, and they are required to leave their name and email before they be able to leave any comment.
We do not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Users of this site: administrator, editor, and authors may post media such as photos, audio, and videos, and all uploaded file will be publicly accessible.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
You can use our contact form to contact us. By completing the form, you are required to leave your name and your email address. We will use this information only to communicate with you and will not pass it to anyone else. How long we retain your data
We keep contact form entries for 12 months, if you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
